# Khai báo quản lý công nợ theo hạn thanh toán và khách hàng

## Khai báo hệ thống

Đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Các tham số tùy chọn và khóa số liệu/ Khai báo tham số***

Chọn tham số Xử lý treo đơn hàng, nhấn Sửa và chọn Giá trị *Khi vượt giới hạn công nợ hoặc treo cả hai.*

## Khai báo quy trình duyệt

**Bước 1**: Khai báo người có quyền duyệt những đơn hàng có khách hàng vượt giới hạn công nợ.

Các thông tin cần lưu ý:

* Mã quy trình
* Tên quy trình
* Trường hợp muốn duyệt qua mail thì tick vào Mail
* Trường hợp muốn duyệt nhiều cấp thì nhấn nút Thêm cấp duyệt

**Bước 2**: Khai báo đơn từ và điều kiện duyệt một đơn hàng bị treo

Đường dẫn: ***Ký duyệt/ Phân loại đơn từ***

Chọn sửa đơn bán hàng, thêm quy trình duyệt đã khai báo và chọn ô điều kiện áp dụng.

Ở cửa sổ Điều kiện áp dụng, chọn:

* Trạng thái treo
* Xử lý Bằng
* Vượt quá công nợ giới hạn hoặc Vượt quá công nợ giới hạn và hóa đơn quá hạn thanh toán.

Sau khi hoàn thành các khai báo trên, khi lập đơn hàng các trường hợp sau sẽ bị xét treo

Trường hợp 1: Công nợ tức thời của khách hàng + Giá trị đơn hàng > Giới hạn nợ của khách hàng

Trường hợp 2: Khách hàng có hóa đơn bán hàng quá hạn thanh toán
