# Cách thiết lập KPI cho nhân viên bán hàng

Tài liệu mô tả tính năng thiết lập KPI cho nhân viên bán hàng theo từng kỳ để có thể theo dõi và đánh giá nhân viên đó.

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

**Bước 1**: Khai báo chỉ tiêu KPI

Đường dẫn: ***Phân hệ Bán hàng/Danh mục/Khai báo chỉ tiêu KPI***

**Bước 2**: Khai báo khoản thời gian(Kỳ, mùa, vụ)

* Màn hình này sẽ khai báo khoản thời gian để xét đạt được KPI

**Bước 3**: Cập nhật kế hoạch chỉ tiêu KPI

* Chọn thời gian áp dụng KPI
* Chọn bộ phận, nhân viên sau đó nhập chỉ tiêu KPI đạt được

**Bước 4:** Xem báo cáo chi tiết kết quả đạt được KPI của từng nhân viên
