# Khai báo quy trình duyệt đơn hàng theo từng bộ phận

Tài liệu mô tả tính năng duyệt theo cho từng phòng bán hàng, trường hợp công ty có nhiều phòng kinh doanh và duyệt theo giá trị của từng đơn hàng

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

### 1.Khai báo quy trình duyệt cho đơn hàng theo bộ phận

**Bước 1**: Khai báo bộ phận và quản lý bộ phận

**Bước 2**: Khai báo quy trình duyệt cho đơn hàng

Màn hình này ta chỉ cần khai báo mã quy trình và tick vào quản lý của bộ phận, thì bộ phận có khai báo user quản lý cấp trên, khi lập đơn hàng quản lý của phòng ban đó sẽ được duyệt.

**Bước 3**: Khai báo đơn từ cần duyệt

Chọn loại đơn từ cần khai báo sau đó thêm quy trình ký duyệt để duyệt cho đơn hàng

**Bước 4**: Lập đơn hàng bán

Sau khi khai báo đầy đủ thông tin thì bộ phận đã khai báo lập đơn hàng, user quản lý của bộ phận đó sẽ có quyền duyệt

Sau khi duyệt đơn hàng tab thông tin duyệt sẽ lưu lại thông tin người duyệt

### 2. Khai báo quy trình duyệt cho đơn hàng theo giá trị của đơn hàng

**Bước 1**: Khai báo quy trình duyệt cho đơn hàng

Trường hợp duyệt qua email thì tick vào Email và duyệt nhiều cấp thì ta có thể thêm cấp duyệt và điền tên user muốn duyệt vào.

**Bước 2**: Khai báo đơn từ cần duyệt

**Bước 3**: Lập đơn hàng bán

Sau khi lập đơn hàng có số tiền đúng với điều kiện đã khai báo trong phân loại đơn từ thì user có khai báo sẽ được duyệt đơn hàng đó.
