# Thiết lập cảnh báo vượt tồn kho

Cảnh báo tồn kho giúp cho kiểm soát hàng hóa trong kho một cách cụ thể chi tiết từng mặt hàng và số lượng sản phẩm trong kho.

## Khai báo hệ thống

Đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Quản lý chứng từ, màn hình nhập liệu/ Thông tin chứng từ***

**Ví dụ:** Thiết lập cảnh báo cho hóa đơn bán hàng

***Bán hàng/ Hóa đơn bán hàng***

Các trường hợp kiểm tra tồn khi lưu:

* Không xử lý: Chương trình sẽ không kiểm tra tồn kho.
* Chỉ cảnh báo: Chương trình sẽ cảnh báo khi số lượng xuất vượt tồn kho và vẫn cho phép người dùng lưu chứng từ
* Không cho lưu khi tồn âm: Chương trình sẽ cảnh báo khi số lượng xuất vượt tồn kho đồng thời không cho phép người dùng lưu chứng từ

**Ví dụ:** Phần mềm thông báo khi vượt tồn kho

Chương trình đang được khai báo ở trường hợp Chỉ cảnh báo. Nếu nhấn đồng ý, đơn hàng sẽ được lưu. Nếu bấm hủy, đơn hàng sẽ không được lưu.
