# Thiết lập tồn kho an toàn khi bán hàng

Tài liệu mô tả tính năng cho bộ phận bán hàng có thể xem tồn kho khả dụng của vật tư đó ngay thời điểm hiện tại, để khi đặt hàng bộ phận bán hàng có thể biết và theo dõi được tồn của vật tư đó còn bao nhiêu trước khi đặt hàng.

Giải thích các trường để khai báo

* Không sử dụng: sẽ không theo dõi tồn kho khả dụng trên đơn hàng bán
* Sử dụng tồn kho khả dụng theo vật tư: sẽ theo dõi tồn kho khả dụng theo vật tư
* Sử dụng tồn kho khả dụng theo vật tư, kho: sẽ theo dõi tồn kho khả dụng của vật tư theo kho.

Lập đơn hàng bán

* Sau khi lập đơn hàng bán, chọn mã sản phẩm và mã kho bộ phận bán hàng sẽ thấy số tồn tại thời điểm hiện tại
* Tồn kho khả dụng = tồn thực tế - Số lượng đơn hàng bán(đã duyệt/Đang thực hiện) + số lượng đơn hàng mua (đã duyệt/đang thực hiện)

## Cách xem vật tư có tồn kho an toàn

Báo cáo có thể xem cho biết số lượng vật tư đã bán đã được duyệt và mua đã được duyệt với số lượng bao nhiêu và tồn kho khả dụng theo vật tư đó.
