# Quy trình bán hàng ký gửi đại lý

Hướng dẫn quy trình bán hàngký gửi đại lý\[A1] \[MAP2] : điều chuyển hàng sang kho đại lý và theo dõi hàng xuất bán từ kho đại lý.

Dùng cho công ty có bán hàng thông qua đại lý, xem mỗi đại lý như một kho hàng để quản lý riêng biệt và chi tiết theo từng đại lý.

## Hướng dẫn thao tác

**B1.** Khai báo các danh mục

Tạo mã kho ký gửi

Đường dẫn: ***Danh mục/ Kho hàng***

**B2.** Lập phiếu xuất điều chuyển để điều chuyển hàng từ kho công ty qua kho đại lý\[A1] \[MAP2]&#x20;

Khi xuất hàng qua kho đại lý, phần mềm hạch toán như sau:

Nợ 157/ Có 1561

**B3.** Tạo hóa đơn bán hàng khi xuất bán hàng: xuất từ kho đại lý

Đường dẫn: ***Bán hàng/ Hóa đơn***

Sau khi xuất hóa đơn bán hàng xuất từ kho đại lý, phần mềm hạch toán như sau:

Nợ 131x / Có 511x

Nợ 131x / Có 333x

Đồng thời ghi nhận: Nợ 632x / Có 157
