# Duyệt trên hệ thống

Hướng dẫn thao tác duyệt, huỷ duyệt trên hệ thống.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Truy cập vào màn hình duyệt ở chức năng ***Xử lý/Phê duyệt*** của mỗi phân hệ.

Ngoài ra, người dùng có thể truy cập nhanh vào màn hình đơn cần duyệt khi click chuột vào thông báo duyệt trên chuông, nhấn vào tiêu đề của đơn để link tới phiếu cần duyệt.

**Bước 2.** Nhấn vào tab **Chờ bạn xử lý** để xem các đơn đang chờ bạn duyệt.

**Bước 3.** Nhấp chuột vào **Số đơn từ** hoặc Phân loại và diễn giải để xem thông tin phiếu. Chọn **Duyệt hoặc Huỷ** để duyệt (hoặc huỷ) phiếu
