# Khai báo quy trình duyệt áp dụng cho đơn từ

Thiết lập các quy trình duyệt áp dụng cho các loại đơn từ.

## Các bước thực hiện

Bài viết hướng dẫn khai báo quy trình duyệt cho **phiếu nhu cầu vật tư**, các đơn từ khác sẽ thực hiện tương tự.

**Bước 1:** Khai báo quy trình duyệt, xem hướng dẫn [tại đây](https://help.arito.vn/ky-duyet/don-tu/khai-bao-quy-trinh-duyet)

**Bước 2:** Truy cập vào màn hình Phân loại đơn từ theo đường dẫn ***Ký duyệt/ Phân loại/ Phân loại đơn từ***, ấn **Sửa.**

Đối với các đơn từ chưa thiết lập trên hệ thống, người dùng cần nhấn Thêm để thêm loại đơn từ mới, sau đó khai báo quy trình duyệt cho đơn từ. Xem hướng dẫn khai báo đơn từ mới tại đây.

**Bước 3:** Tại tab **Quy trình duyệt và điều kiện áp dụng**, nhấn **Thêm dòng**, **chọn quy trình duyệt**, sau đó ấn **Lưu**

**Lưu ý**

* Nếu đơn từ chỉ áp dụng một quy trình duyệt duy nhất thì chỉ khai báo 1 dòng quy trình duyệt áp dụng ở tab Quy trình duyệt và điều kiện áp dụng.
* Nếu đơn từ có nhiều quy trình duyệt thì cần khai báo thêm **điều kiện áp dụng** để phân biệt các điều kiện duyệt áp dụng. Không được phép khai báo nhiều quy trình duyệt bị trùng điều kiện duyệt.
