# Thiết lập duyệt qua email

Chứa năng này cho phép người duyệt duyệt đơn từ trực tiếp qua email, giúp người dùng tiện lợi hơn cho việc duyệt các chứng từ mà không cần phải đăng nhập vào hệ thống. Việc duyệt qua email giúp tăng tốc độ xử lý tiến trình duyệt, tiết kiệm thời gian xử lý, tăng khả năng truy cập từ xa và có thể duyệt trên các thiết bị di dộng.

### **Thiết lập gửi mail cho bước duyệt**

Đường dẫn: ***Ký duyệt/ Quy trình/ Phê duyệt đơn từ***

Bước này sử dụng để khai báo hệ thống có gửi mail cho các đối tượng (người duyệt, người tạo, người theo dõi, ...) bằng cách **Tick vào Email** tại khi khai báo quy trình ký duyệt. Hệ thống cho phép thiết lập gửi mail cho từng bước duyệt.

### Thiết lập thông báo gửi mail cho người duyệt

Bước này dùng để thiết lập **thời điểm hệ thống gửi mail** cho đối tượng duyệt.

Để hệ thống gửi mail duyệt cho **người duyệt** tiếp theo, cần **tick vào email** ở **loại sự kiện Tạo mới và Thay đổi thông tin/ trạng thái. /**

Chọn mẫu mail gửi cho người duyệt tại màn hình Phân loại đơn từ.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

**Bước 1:** **Tạo mới đơn từ**; chọn lưu ở trạng thái **Chờ duyệt**.

**Bước 2:** Người duyệt mở mail duyệt, click **VÀO ĐÂY** để link tới phiếu cần duyệt.

**Bước 3:** Tại màn hình phiếu được link tới, chọn **duyệt hoặc huỷ** (nếu không duyệt).
