# Khai báo quy trình ký, duyệt tài liệu

Khai báo các quy trình ký, duyệt tài liệu, bao gồm:

* Vai trò các cấp ký, duyệt
* Hình thức ký, duyệt
* Người có quyền ký, duyệt

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Truy cập vào màn hình quy trình ký, duyệt tài liệu theo đường dẫn ***Ký duyệt/ Quy trình/ Ký, duyệt tài liệu***

**Bước 2.** Nhấn **Thêm**, **nhập thông tin** của quy trình ký, duyệt và **Lưu**.

**Lưu ý:**&#x20;

**Đối tượng ký, duyệt**

* Công ty: Đại diện công ty, có tài khoản đăng nhập vào hệ thống.
* Tổ chức khác: Đại diện tổ chức khác ngoài hệ thống.
* Nhân viên: Nhân viên công ty, có tài khoản đăng nhập vào hệ thống.
* Khách hàng, nhà cung cấp: Khách hàng, nhà cung cấp của công ty, có trong danh mục khách hàng, nhà cung cấp trên hệ thống.

**Hình thức ký, duyệt**

* Duyệt trên hệ thống: Phê duyệt nội bộ trên hệ thống, không có giá trị pháp lý.
* Duyệt qua email & code: Phê duyệt qua email và code, không có giá trị pháp lý.
* Ký ảnh: Ký bằng hình ảnh, không có giá trị pháp lý.
* Ký token: Ký bằng token, có giá trị pháp lý.

**Người ký, duyệt**

* Khi đối tượng duyệt là công ty hoặc nhân viên thì chọn người ký, duyệt từ danh sách người dùng đang sử dụng hệ thống.
* Khi đối tượng duyệt là tổ chức khác thì nhập địa chỉ email của cá nhân, tổ chức bên ngoài.
* Khi đối tượng duyệt là khách hàng, nhà cung cấp thì chọn người ký, duyệt từ danh sách khách hàng, nhà cung cấp có khai báo địa chỉ email trên hệ thống.
