# Ký duyệt tài liệu trên hệ thống

Hướng dẫn thao tác ký, duyệt tài liệu trên hệ thống.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Truy cập vào màn hình **Quản lý tài liệu** theo đường dẫn **Ký duyệt/ Quản lý tài liệu,** chọn tab **Chờ bạn xử lý.**

**Bước 2.** Click chuột vào **số đơn từ hoặc Phân loại và diễn giải** để xem tài liệu, nhấn **Ký/duyệt** hoặc **Từ chối.**

**Thao tác ký token**

**Kiểm tra vị trí ký** bằng cách nhấn chuột vào **Đến vùng ký.**

**Chọn chứng thư số** bằng cách nhấn chuột vào **Chứng thư số**.
