# Ký token

Hướng dẫn thao tác ký token trên hệ thống.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Truy cập vào màn hình **Quản lý tài liệu** theo đường dẫn **Ký duyệt/ Quản lý tài liệu,** chọn tab **Chờ bạn xử lý.**

**Bước 2.** Click chuột vào **số đơn từ hoặc Phân loại và diễn giải** để xem tài liệu, nhấn **Ký/duyệt** hoặc **Từ chối.**

**Bước 3. Kiểm tra vị trí ký** bằng cách nhấn chuột vào **Đến vùng ký.**

**Bước 4. Chọn chứng thư số** bằng cách nhấn chuột vào **Chứng thư số**.

**Lưu ý:** Người dùng cần cài đặt ứng dụng ký số CyberSign Client và cắm token trước khi thực hiện thao tác chọn chứng thư số.

**Bước 5**. **Chọn ký số và hoàn thàn**h hoặc Từ chối

**Bước 6**. Chương trình thông báo **ký số thành công**
