# Tạo tài liệu gửi ký, duyệt

Hướng dẫn thao tác tạo tài liệu để gửi ký, duyệt.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Tạo phân loại tài liệu, khai báo quy trình ký tài liệu. Bước này do người quản trị hệ thống thực hiện khi thiết lập ban đầu cho hệ thống. Xem hướng dẫn [tại đây](/ky-duyet/tai-lieu/thiet-lap-quy-trinh-ky-duyet-cho-tai-lieu.md).

**Bước 2.** Truy cập vào màn hình **Tài liệu** theo đường dẫn ***Ký duyệt/ Tài liệu***, **hover chuột** tại nút **Thêm**, **chọn loại tài liệu** cần ký, duyệt.

**Bước 3.** Nhập thông tin, **đính kèm tài liệu**, **chọn** **quy trình ký** và **thiết lập vùng ký** (nếu có ký token, ký ảnh), nhấn **Lưu**.

**Bước 4.** Nhấn **Trình ký.**

Sau bước Trình ký, chương trình thực hiện gửi tài liệu cho người ký, duyệt cấp 1, chuyển trạng thái tài liệu thành Chờ xử lý; người dùng sẽ không được phép sửa lại thông tin khi tài liệu đã trình ký.
