# Thiết lập quy trình ký duyệt cho tài liệu

Thiết lập các quy trình ký, duyệt áp dụng cho các tài liệu.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1.** Truy cập vào màn hình **Quy trình ký duyệt** theo đường dẫn ***Ký duyệt/ Quy trình/ Tab Ký, duyệt tài liệu***, khai báo quy trình duyệt như hướng dẫn [tại đây.](/ky-duyet/tai-lieu/khai-bao-quy-trinh-ky-duyet-tai-lieu.md)

**Bước 2.** Truy cập vào màn hình **Phân loại tài liệu** theo đường dẫn ***Ký duyệt/ Phân loại/ Tab Tài liệu, hợp đồng***, nhấn **Sửa** (**hoặc thêm mới**) tài liệu, xem hướng dẫn thêm mới loại tài liệu [tại đây.](/ky-duyet/tai-lieu/cac-loai-tai-lieu.md)

Tại trường thông tin **Quy trình duyệt**, click chuột vào biểu tượng **tìm kiếm**, chương trình mở ra cửa sổ phụ hiển Quy trình ký duyệt; **chọn các quy trình ký** áp dụng cho tài liệu, sau đó nhấn **Đồng ý.**

**Bước 3.** Kiểm tra lại thiết lập bằng cách truy cập vào màn hình ***Ký duyệt/ Tài liệu***, nhấn **thêm mới** loại đơn từ mới được thiếp lập. Click chuột vào **Quy trình ký** xem chương trình đã **hiển thị quy trình ký duyệt** mới thiết lập chưa.&#x20;
