# Tạo thông tin nhà cung cấp

Ngoài mục đích quản lý thông tin nhà cung cấp (mã nhà cung cấp, tên nhà cung cấp, địa chỉ,...) màn hình khai báo này còn hỗ trợ các tiện ích như sau:

* Mặc định thông tin khi nhập liệu: Tài khoản công nợ, hạn thanh toán, nhân viên mua hàng
* Quy định giới hạn tiền nợ
* Phân nhóm 

### Thao tác cập nhật thông tin nhà cung cấp

Đường dẫn: ***Phân hệ mua hàng/ Nhà cung cấp***

**Bước 1**: Click chọn **Thêm**, để tạo mới thông tin nhà cung cấp

**Bước 2**: Cập nhật thông tin nhà cung cấp

Các thông tin lưu ý bắt buộc phải có khi tạo thông tin nhà cung cấp

* Mã nhà cung cấp
* Tên nhà cung cấp
* Địa chỉ
* Nếu là doanh nghiệp sẽ bắt buộc có mã số thuế

Để thuận cho việc theo dõi và kiểm tra báo cáo, phần mềm AritoERP hỗ trợ phân chia nhóm nhà cung cấp (nhóm 1/2/3)

VD: Nhóm nhà cung cấp sỉ, nhà cung cấp lẻ, nhà cung cấp theo khu vực,...

Các cách tạo các nhóm nhà cung cấp

**Cách 1: Tạo trực tiếp khi nhập thông tin nhà cung cấp**

**Cách 2: Tạo tại danh mục phân nhóm nhà cung cấp**

Có thể dùng tính năng import excel để nhập nhanh các thông tin.

**Bước 1:** Tải mẫu excel từ phần mềm

Lưu ý: Trường Loại nhóm sẽ khai báo tương ứng như sau:

* KH1: Nhóm 1
* KH2: Nhóm 2
* KH3: Nhóm 3
