# Danh mục hạn thanh toán

Hoạt động mua bán hàng luôn diễn ra ở các doanh nghiệp, khi mua bán sẽ có được nợ trong một khoảng thời gian, người dùng khai báo hạn thanh toán để chọn trên các chứng từ công nợ.

## Các bước thực hiện

**Bước 1:** Khai báo danh mục hạn thanh toán theo đường dẫn ***Danh mục/ Bán hàng/ Danh mục hạn thanh toán.***

**Bước 2:** Trên thanh công cụ bấm nút **thêm** để thêm mới một hạn thanh toán.

* Mã thanh toán: mã theo dõi người dùng tự đặt
* Tên thanh toán/tên khác: tên theo dõi do người dùng tự đặt
* Hạn thanh toán: số ngày được nợ khi mua/bán hàng
* Trạng thái: còn sử dụng hạn thanh toán này chọn 1. Còn sử dụng, nếu không còn sử dụng thì chọn 0. Không sử dụng và chương trình không hiện mã này để chọn.
