# Điều chỉnh thông tin công cụ dụng cụ khi chưa có phân bổ

## Mô tả nghiệp vụ

Người dùng có nhu cầu thay đổi thông tin CCDC sau khi đã cập nhật lên hệ thống mà chưa chạy tính phân bổ và bút toán phân bổ.

## Các bước thực hiện

### Điều chỉnh thông tin công cụ trên chứng từ mua

**Bước 1:** Vào hóa đơn mua công cụ nhập mua công cụ trước đó theo đường dẫn: ***Mua hàng/ Nhập liệu/ Hóa đơn mua vào/ Hóa đơn mua dịch vụ***

**Bước 2:** Trên thanh công cụ nhấn nút **Sửa** để sửa thông tin.

**Bước 3:** Điều chỉnh thông tin ở tab tài sản/công cụ và nhấn **Lưu.** Sau khi lưu chương trình sẽ cập nhật lại thông tin công cụ trên phiếu sang danh mục công cụ dụng cụ.

## Điều chỉnh thông tin công cụ ở danh mục công cụ

**Bước 1:** Vào danh mục công cụ dụng cụ theo đường dẫn: ***Công cụ/ Nhập liệu/ Khai báo tăng/giảm CCDC/ Khai báo thông tin CCDC.***

**Bước 2:** Nhấn vào mã công cụ và chọn **Sửa**.

**Bước 3:** Sửa các thông tin cần sửa và nhấn **Lưu.**
