# Lập và nộp tờ khai Quyết toán thuế TNDN

## Mô tả

Khi quyết toán năm, ngoài bộ báo cáo tài chính thì kế toán phải bắt buộc nộp Tờ khai thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp.

## Các bước thực hiện 

### Tạo lập tờ khai

**Bước 1:** Truy cập tờ khai quyết toán thuế TNDN

Đường dẫn: ***Tài chính/Thuế/ Nhập liệu/ Tờ khai/ Tờ khai Quyết toán thuế TNDN.***

**Bước 2**: Chọn năm quyết toán, chọn loại tờ khai lần đầu hay tờ khai bổ sung, chọn báo cáo KQKD theo thông tư sử dụng.

**Bước 3**: Kiểm tra dữ liệu trên tờ khai, nếu có chỉ tiêu cần cập nhật thêm hoặc chỉnh sửa thì sửa trực tiếp trên tờ khai.

**Bước 4**: Nhấn nút chức năng **Lập tờ khai** để tạo lập tờ khai.

### Kết xuất tờ khai XML

### Nộp tờ khai thuế TNDN

Sau khi tải file XML HTKK từ phần mềm, người dùng vào trang [thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn](https://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn/) tải file XML lên, ký và nộp tờ khai.
