# Bút toán chênh lệch tỷ giá

Bút toán chênh lệch tỷ giá dùng để đánh giá chênh lệch tỷ giá cuối kỳ đối với các tài khoản có phát sinh ngoại tệ.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

**Bước 1**: Truy cập chức năng tại đường dẫn ***Tổng hợp/ Nhập liệu/ Bút toán cuối kỳ/ Bút toán chênh lệch tỷ giá***

**Bước 2:** Chọn **kỳ, năm** và loại **ngoại tệ** cần đánh giá chênh lệch, sau đó nhấn **Đồng ý**. Chương trình sẽ xử lý tập hợp dữ liệu trong kỳ theo ngoại tệ và tạo bút toán vào ngày cuối của kỳ.

**Bước 3:** Tick chọn các bút toán sau đó nhấn nút **Tạo bút toán CLTG**

**Một số lưu ý:**

* Để xóa bút toán đã tạo thì người dùng tick chọn và nhấn nút Xóa bút toán.
* Khi chạy tính chênh lệch tỷ giá, hệ thống sẽ xóa bút toán đã tạo trước đó để sinh lại, không cần phải chạy xóa bút toán.
