# Quy trình chuyển dữ liệu giữa 2 chương trình

Tính năng này dùng để chuyển dữ liệu giữa các chương trình với nhau.

Dữ liệu được chuyển bao gồm các danh mục cơ bản và các phát sinh chứng từ trong kỳ.

## Các bước thực hiện

### Lập chứng từ có check chuyển dữ liệu.

Ví dụ: Hóa đơn bán hàng

**Bước 1:** Vào hóa đơn bán hàng theo đường dẫn: ***Bán hàng/ Nhập liệu/ Hóa đơn bán ra/ Hóa đơn bán hàng***

**Bước 2:** Chứng từ nào muốn chuyển dữ liệu thì check vào nút Chuyển dữ liệu.

### Thao tác chuyển dữ liệu

**Bước 1:** Vào màn hình chuyển dữ liệu theo đường dẫn: ***Tài chính/ Tổng hợp/ Nhập liệu/ Xử lý dữ liệu/ Chuyển dữ liệu giữa các chương trình.***

**Bước 2:** Nhập các thông tin và nhấn **Đồng ý.**

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Ngày từ/đến: Ngày chứng từ cần chuyển dữ liệu.
* Chứng từ: Chọn các chứng từ cần chuyển dữ liệu, nếu để trắng (không chọn) thì chương trình sẽ chuyển tất cả loại chứng từ có check chuyển dữ liệu trên phiếu.
* Nút "Lọc lại dữ liệu": dùng để lọc và xử lý chọn lại các chứng từ đã tích chuyển dữ liệu, nếu điều chỉnh ở nút này thì hệ thống sẽ chuyển dữ liệu các phiếu theo nút chức năng này.\
  Người dùng tick chọn các chứng từ và chọn 1 trong 3 xử lý:
  * Chọn chuyển: các chứng từ được tick chọn sẽ **ĐƯỢC** chuyển dữ liệu
  * Loại trừ: các chứng từ được tick chọn sẽ **KHÔNG** chuyển dữ liệu
  * Bỏ chọn: Trường hợp người dùng đã tick chọn 1 trong 2 xử lý trên và muốn bỏ xử lý chọn để chuyển dữ liệu theo tick chuyển dữ liệu trên chứng từ thì nhấn nút này.

* Có 3 loại xử lý gồm:
  * Kiểm tra: Hệ thống hiển thị số lượng phiếu sẽ được chuyển dữ liệu theo từng loại chứng từ
  * Chuyển dữ liệu: Chuyển các dòng dữ liệu thỏa điều kiện lọc
  * Xóa dữ liệu đã chuyển: Xóa các dòng dữ liệu đã chuyển thỏa điều kiện lọc

**Chú ý:** Trước khi chuyển dữ liệu hãy chọn xử lý Kiểm tra trước để xem có bao nhiêu dòng dữ liệu sẽ được chuyển.
