# Cách khai báo tài khoản ngầm định theo loại giao dịch trên các chứng từ kho

## Các bước thực hiện 

**Bước 1:** Vào danh mục chứng từ theo đường dẫn: ***Hệ thống/ Quản lý chứng từ, màn hình nhập liệu/ Thông tin chứng từ.*** 

**Bước 2:** Vào phân hệ kho, nhấn vào mã chứng từ muốn khai báo**.**

**Bước 3:** Vào tab **Giao dịch,** chọn loại giao dịch muốn khai báo và nhấn **Sửa.**

**Bước 4:** Nhập các giá trị mặc định và nhấn **Lưu.**

**Các thông tin cần lưu ý:**

* Lý do nhập: Mã nhập xuất.&#x20;
* Tài khoản có: Tài khoản mặc định tùy theo giao dịch.
